You can withdraw by sending an email to support@academy.wgu.edu or by calling 888-320-0540. PREPAYMENT. There is no prepayment penalty, and your account may be paid in full at any time. PROGRAM OR COURSE OFFERING EXTENSION.

Students may cancel their purchase of their initial term access and receive a refund of the associated payment made to WGU Academy by providing written notification to Student Support at support@academy.wgu.edu within seven (7) days of initial purchase.

Only colleges and universities can be accredited. However, WGU Academy is an approved course provider to WGU. WGU Academy academic courses are fully transferable and work as a pathway to WGU bachelor's degree programs.

If the percentage is less than or equal to 60% of the term, the student is eligible for a refund. The refund amount is calculated by multiplying the tuition by the percentage of days remaining in the term after the withdrawal date, assuming the student has completed 60% or less of the term.

Most WGU single courses are $99 and take 2 months to complete. Students can take 1-2 courses that are reimbursable upon moving to a WGU degree program. Invest in yourself and start on the path to a bright future today. Every WGU course counts for degree credit once completed.

All orders placed on Academy.com or made in-store are eligible for return within 60 days of the initial purchase (indicated on your receipt). All refunds will process back to the original form of payment. To receive a full refund, you will need your original receipt or packing slip.

If you no longer wish to be a myAcademy member, you can opt out of myAcademy by deleting your account. If you require further assistance, you may contact Academy Customer Care at 1-888-922-2336. WGU respects the decision of the student and acts accordingly. Students withdrawing on or before completing 60% of a term are provided with a partial refund. Students withdrawing after 60% competition of term are not eligible for any refund.
