Opened in the fall of 2007, Mauka offers superb Euro-Asian dining. Chef Joel Coleman’s innovative cuisine features local and organic products in addition to showcasing exceptionally fresh fish flown in daily from Hawaii. Influences include Hawaiian and Asian flavors, as well as European techniques. Wonderful service, creative, seasonal menus, a global wine and sake list and a warm, chic dining room exhibit extraordinary elegance.
